1. A copy of birth certificate of the child as issued by the municipal or govt. authorities (No affidavit will be accepted) 2. A copy of Adhar Card of the child. 3. Four recent passport size photo-graphs of the child. 4. 2-2 photographs of parents/guardian. 5. Latest report card/marks sheet from the school in which the child is/was studying. 6. Transfer certificate issued by the school in which the child was studying and should be counter-signed by the affiliation authorities.

Registration for admission to the school will be opened from 1st January. Forms and Prospectus for registration can be received from the academy office on all working days between 9a.m. to 2 p.m. Registration itself does not guarantee the admission.
